Panic Disorder medicine-4 great ways to deal with Panic Disorder


1. ANTI DEPRESSANTS:-
Antidepressants can be prescribed, because there is depression coexisting, but it is not always the case. Although these medications was originally developed for the depression, further research has shown that many fear help with disturbances as well as because of the roles of the neurotransmitters anxiety play in disorders.

Researchers and doctors have found a few other categories to help in the treatment panic of disorder. These medications may not have been specifically approved by FDA for the treatment panic of disorder, but doctors can prescribe them "off label." Other medications prescribed for panic to treat disorder include beta blockers, anticonvulsants, atypical Antipsychotic and antihistamines.

3. THERAPY:
Most recommended therapy in the treatment panic of disorder is cognitive-behavioral therapy or CBT, a form of Psychotherapy. A couple of recent studies have shown CBT alone to be as effective in panic to treat disorder as a combination of CBT and medication.

Other therapies or a combination of therapies can also be tried. These include: Psychotherapy; exposure therapy (a form of behavior therapy); Virtual reality exposure therapy (VRET); eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy; rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT); and psykoanalytiske therapy.

4. SELF HELP METHODS.
For various reasons, many people choose to use self-help methods when panic overcome disorder. Panic disorder should be diagnosed by health or a mental health professional originally to exclude possible physical causes, as well as other possible psychiatric conditions depression such as.

Many self-help methods are similar to those which would be taught in a CBT option, and it can be more effective to learn these methods with a trained CBT therapist who will ensure methods are practiced correctly and may also provide much-needed motivation. Add itionally, your doctor and/or therapist should be aware of any methods you try on your own, especially if these techniques include herbs, vitamins and food supplements. Ideally alternative medicine practised by means of a doctor, trained in these methods.

Alternative medicine and holistic healing practice that can help panic disorder with include: acupuncture; aromatherapy; flower essence therapy; hypnosis and hypnotherapy; and herbs, vitamins and food supplements. These methods are not FDA-approved and not well-validated panic treatments for the disorder.
