Exposure to dim light at night, the glow of the TV can request changes in the brain, cause distress, including depression, according to new research in hamsters.
Despite the fact that additional work needs to be done to see if the results are those conclusions could explain why the night-shift workers, and others are constantly exposed to light during the night, the mood disorder are at greater risk, researchers said.
