Bright light to make it easier for you to depression in elderly

In this study, researchers evaluated three weeks of bright light therapy, major depressive disorder in adults over the age of 89 on a code of conduct to be diagnosed with 60 effects. The participants were randomly divided into two groups and in the early morning hours at home in the list, either on the basis of the hours of light, bright light blue light therapy, or dim red light treatment (placebo treatment).

Three weeks after the treatment, the investigation showed that bright light therapy, depressive symptoms improved, compared with 43% to 36% were found in the plasebon method.
